I decided to become a chiropractor in Vero Beach because this is my home town. I grew up in Vero Beach and while playing football for Vero Beach High School I needed to see a chiropractor. That chiropractor was able to keep me playing with adjustments. No surgery and no drugs were needed! I have been blessed to be voted “Best Chiropractor in Vero Beach”, has given me a great opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family.

Mike Dean, D.C.

Dr. Mike was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida, where he served as the starting quarterback for Vero Beach High School and first discovered the benefits of chiropractic care after an injury kept him playing without the need for drugs or surgery.

That experience sparked a passion for natural health and wellness, leading him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Now back in his hometown, Dr. Mike is proud to serve the community that shaped him, offering personalized, results-driven care focused on helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active on the golf course and spending time outdoors hunting.
